Delinquent Real Estate Taxes February 2014

Notice is hereby given that all land and town lots in the County of Sheridan, together with all special assessments, on which the taxes of special assessments remain unpaid, a list of which is hereby annexed, will be offered for sale at public auction at the County Treasurer’s Office in Rushville, Sheridan County the first Monday in March 2014, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. if said day for the payment of delinquent taxes or special assessments, as shown by the following list, together with interest, penalty and costs, and advertising fee of five dollars on each land and town lot description or special assessment, the sale to be adjourned from day to day until all the following property has been offered.
