The meeting was called to order by Mayor Chris Heiser at 7:00 p.m. as per the Municipal Code of the City of Rushville, Sheridan County, NE. Notice of the meeting was given by publication in the Sheridan County Journal Star on March 26, 2014 as required by law and delivered to the Council in person. Present: Snyder, Lovell, Jansen Absent: Willnerd entered meeting at 7:10 p.m.
The following motions were duly made, seconded and passed.
1. To approve, accept and ratify the following items listed under the consent agenda: Council minutes of the February meeting and the February Treasurers Report.
2. Approved Northwest Community Action Partnership Transportation agreement for $229.00 per month.
3. Approved new police car from Sides & Milburn Ford for $26,447.00
4. Approved Gordon Hospital Lease for $600.00 per month plus 30% utilities for the next year with automatic annual renewal for four years until February 28, 2019.
5. Approved changing City Council meeting time to 6:00 p.m.
6. Approved all of the following bills for the City of Rushville and that warrants be drawn for same:

Christine Erquiaga from the Library Board was present to discuss the Library building. The basement east wall is leaking and pushing the east stairs of the building away from the building. Kirk Beguin will look at the building and see if the City can fix it or if it will need to be put up for bid. She also informed the Council that the Library Board would like to reduce the expenditures by 10%. No action taken at this time.
Councilman Willnerd entered the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
Discussion reguarding the RV Sewer Dump was tabled at this time.
Repairs for the tennis court and basketball hoops was discussed. Kirk Beguin will have the lines repainted and look at replacing the tennis net and basketball hoops. No other discussion at this time.
Discussion regurading the Miller property was tabled at this time.
