The Nebraska Board of Pardons will hold a public meeting in the Governor’s Hearing Room, Second Floor, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. to hear applications for clemency. The following case from Sheridan County will be heard:

Robert W. Thompson for full pardon of misdemeanor convictions wherein he was convicted in Sheridan County and sentenced on May 14, 2003 to a $200.00 fine for the offense of Minor Possess / Sell / Dispense / Consume Alcohol and to a $100.00 fine for the offense of Zero Tolerance Violation; sentenced on May 28, 2003 to a $100.00 fine for the offense of Theft; sentenced on September 3, 2004 to a $250.00 fine for the offense Minor Possess / Sell / Dispense / Consume Alcohol; sentenced on February 9, 2005 to a $75.00 fine for the offense of Minor Possess / Sell / Dispense / Consume Alcohol; sentenced on October 10, 2007 to a term of 12 months probation for the offense of Procure / Sell / Alcohol to Minor / Incompetent; and sentenced on October 29, 2008 to a term of 14 months probation for the offense of False Reporting.
