The Sheridan County Board of Equalization met in regular session at 10:15 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Office, Courthouse. All members present. Kling stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act a copy of which is posted on the guest desk. Andersen made a motion to accept the agenda. Krotz seconded the motion. All voted aye. Andersen made a motion to approve the minutes of 4-28-2014. Krotz seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye.
Assessor Trudy Winter presented the board with 3 correction sheets to consider. All three are mobile homes owned by Ramona Two Two and Kenneth Returns that are to be moved from Rushville to South Dakota. Andersen made a motion to accelerate the taxes on the 3 mobile homes for 2014. Krotz seconded the motion. With a roll call vote all voted aye.
