The meeting was called to order by Mayor Chris Heiser at 6:00 p.m. as per the Municipal Code of the City of Rushville, Sheridan County, NE. Notice of the meeting was given by publication in the Sheridan County Journal Star on May 14, 2014 as required by law and delivered to the Council in person. The following motions were duly made, seconded and passed.
1. To approve, accept and ratify the following items listed under the consent agenda: Council minutes of the March meeting and the March Treasurers Report.
2. Approved line of credit for Parkview Assisted Living at Security First Bank for $30,000.00.
3. Approved Car Show in City Park during Fun Days.
4. Approved setting up an Endowment Fund for the City of Rushville

The status of the Miller property was discussed. The City Attorney will send a letter to the owner in regard to cleaning up the property. No other action was taken at this time.
The City Boards will meet as follows: Golf Board June 03, 2014; Ambulance Board June 09, 2014; Park Board June 23, 2014; Cemetery Board June 24, 2014.
