Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Eight (8) in Block Thirty-six (36) in Nelson’s Addition to Rushville, Nebraska; thence running North on a line parallel with the East line of said Block Thirty-six (36) a distance of 160 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on the last mentioned course North a distance of 80 feet; thence running West at right angles a distance of 170 feet; thence running South at right angles a distance of 80 feet; thence running East a distance of 170 feet to the point of beginning.
That on January 14, 2015, the County of Sheridan filed a Complaint to foreclose real estate taxes in the District Court of Sheridan County, Nebraska at the Courthouse in Rushville, Nebraska on the above-described real estate in an attempt to secure judgement against each of you and foreclose against each of you and all persons having or claiming an interest in and to the real estate described above and to foreclose unpaid real estate taxes to the Plaintiff. You are required to answer the Complaint on or before September 21, 2015, or an order may be entered against you.
