You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 10th day of May, 2013, Jessie Anderson, Purchaser, duly purchased the below described real property from the County Treasurer of Sheridan County, Nebraska, at public sale in the manner provided by law, to-wit:

Lot 10, Block 13-O.T.-Hay Springs, Sheridan County, Nebraska

218 South Post Street

The Sheridan County Treasurer issued Tax Sale Certificate #2100 to Jessie Anderson for the above described real estate.  Jessie Anderson then assigned that tax sale certificate to Craig Housh pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 77-1822 (Reissue 2009).  The Treasurer reissued Tax Sale Certificate #2100 to Craig Housh on June 8, 2016.

The above described real property was assessed in the name of Bryon W. Reeves, 102 Pawnee Court, Smithville, TX 78957.  The amount of taxes represented by the tax sale certificate is $83.33.  The tax sale certificate was sold for the tax years of 2010, 2011, and 2012.  The amount of taxes represented by the tax sale certificate and the amount of subsequent taxes paid for the tax years of 2013, 2014, and 2015 and interest accrued thereon as of June 9, 2016, the date this notice was signed by the Purchaser, is $201.43.  

The issuance of a tax deed is subject to the right of redemption under Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-1824 to 77-1830 (Reissue 2009).

You and each of you will further take notice that after expiration of three (3) months from the date of service of this notice, an application will be made to the Treasurer of Sheridan County for the execution and delivery of a deed for the above described real estate to the undersigned purchaser.
