The meeting was called to order by Mayor Chris Heiser at 6:00 p.m. as per the Municipal Code of the City of Rushville, Sheridan County, NE. Notice of the meeting was given by publication in the Sheridan County Journal Star on June 22, 2016 as required by law and delivered to the Council in person. Present: Snyder, Jansen, Willnerd. Absent Lovell.
The following motions were duly made, seconded and passed.

Under public comments non-agenda items those present remarked on how good the swimming pool looked.
The Sink or Swim pool committee was present to give an update on the progress of the new pool. Councilman Willnerd requested the pool committee present some figures in July as the new budgets will be figured in August. Kris House of the pool committee asked the name of the checking account be changed from the City of Rushville to City of Rushville Sink or Swim. No other action taken at this time.
City Attorney discussed the progress of the Crosswalks at Security First Bank and the Courthouse and stated he is waiting to hear back from the State of Nebraska. This matter was tabled until next month.
It was moved by Councilman Willnerd and seconded by Councilman Jansen to adjourn at 7:03 p.m.
