The meeting was called to order by Mayor Chris Heiser at 6:00 p.m. as per the Municipal Code of the City of Rushville, Sheridan County, NE. Notice of the meeting was given by publication in the Sheridan County Journal Star on April 19, 2017 as required by law and delivered to the Council in person. Present: Lovell, Jansen, Snyder. Councilman Willnerd entered meeting at 6:10 p.m..

Discussion of Ordinance relative to Misdemeanors: Lounging in public places reference #6-306 and Misdemeanors: Vagrancy reference #6-307 were tabled. A special hearing was set for May 15- 2017 at 5:00 p.m. regarding this.
Discussion of the Sheridan County housing study grant was tabled.
The City Boards will meet as follows: Ambulance Board May 09, 2017; Park Board May 15, 2017; Cemetery Board May 15, 2017.
