The legal description of the property that is the subject of this Application for Amendment is Lot 15, Block 8, Original Town of Rushville, Sheridan County, Nebraska. The street address of said real estate is 203 East 2nd Street, Rushville, Nebraska. The Applicant, William and Diana L. Robins-Mansell and Hotel Pfister, L.L.C., are proposing a change in the zoning classification of the above described real estate from commercial to residential. An agenda of such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at the City Hall. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be changed later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
