Sara passed away Jan. 3rd, 2015 in Port Townsend, Wash. at the age of 75 years. She was born Dec. 21, 1939 to Henry and Goldie Taylor of Hay Springs. She lived north of town all her life and worked with her mother in their cafe. She enjoyed life and took each day as it came to see where it would take her. At the age of 19 years she met the love of her life John Addie of Port Townsend, Wash. and they married on Sep. 10, 1958. To this union were four children: Sonya, John Jr., Dick, and Jerri. She loved being a mother and grandmother. She loved to help with sport activities for the children when they were young. Sara and John enjoyed coming home from their vacation to see all the family on both sides.
We always enjoyed to camp and fish at Walgreen Lake and Smith Lake. Sara was the second child of seven and will be missed very much by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her passing: her children, Sonya and Ron Dien, John and Deane Addie, Dick and Michell Addie, Jerri and Lance Willmon; her nine grandchildren, Goldie, Raymond John Jr, Nicolas, Daniel, Mysti and Malysa. Sara is survived by her sisters Elizabeth Taylor, Mary Harris, Judy and Thomas Krotz and only brother Henry Taylor, as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and others that knew her.
Sara was preceded in death by her husband John Addie, mother Goldie and father Henry Taylor, mother-in-law Gladis Hankins Addie and father-in-law Walter Addie, two sisters Virginia and husband Randy Reeves, and Bonnie and Phil Shoop, one nephew Richard Reeves, and many aunts and uncles and grand parents. Her grand-daughter Kaylee Addie will join her in heaven.
We love you Sis and enjoy your new days and the journey they will take you on.
