Mary Louise (Mary Lou/Lou) Huckfeldt Eisenreich

Mary Louise (Mary Lou/Lou) Huckfeldt Eisenreich, 83, of Sunnyvale, California, died December 30, 2011, at Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California. Mary Lou was born in Holstein, Nebraska, March 10, 1928 to Joseph John and Gertrude Kitts Huckfeldt.
Mary Lou moved to Gordon from Holstein with her parents, Joe and Gerda Hansen Huckfeldt. She was a resident of Sunnyvale, California at the time of her death and also resided in Gordon, Nebraska, and Yuba City and San Jose, California. She retired from the Sunnyvale office of Pacific Bell Telephone Company in May of 1985 and 27½ years of service.
Survivors include her sons, J.C. (Linda) Eisenreich and Michael (Kristi) Eisenreich both of Gordon, Nebraska, and daughter, Rae Ann (Mark) Cullen of San Jose, California; two sisters, Gloria Mills and Karen Prusia, brother-in-law Dick Prusia all of Gordon, Nebraska; sisters-in-law Nancy Huckfeldt of Gering, Nebraska and Virginia Eisenreich of Las Vegas, Nevada ; six grandchildren, Jason (Kody) Eisenreich, Lisa (Brett) Holmstedt, Kaine Eisenreich, Shawn Eisenreich, Sterling (Wade) Leeper and Kahle (Breanna) Eisenreich; five great-grandsons, Bryce and Logan Eisenreich, Maddox and Kannon Leeper and Ethan Holmstedt; many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Joseph (Joe); brother, Joseph Huckfeldt, sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Carl Pratt, brothers-in-law, Jack Mills, Paul Eisenreich, Tom Eisenreich and Carl Eisenreich; and one granddaughter, Tracy Eisenreich.
Her family suggests memorial donations to the Grace Lutheran Church in Gordon.
A memorial service will be held Monday, July 30, 2012 at the hour of 10:30 am, at Grace Lutheran Church in Gordon, NE, with Pastor Travis Sherman officiating. Inurnment burial will be held in the Gordon Cemetery.
Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
