Wednesday morning's performance at the National High School Finals Rodeo wrapped up round one of two at the week-long event. Hay Springs' David Hinman is currently Sheridan County's top performer, sitting in 11th in the tie-down roping with a time of 10.48 seconds. David's next performance will be Thursday morning at 9 a.m. MT as he tries to better that time.
Gordon's Cati Stanko is currently 25th in the goat tying with a time of 9.69 seconds. Her second goat tying performance will be Thursday night at 7 p.m. She is also 40th in the breakaway roping with a great time of 3.9 seconds. Her next breakaway roping performance will be Friday morning at 9 a.m. Cati sits 111th in the pole bending with a time of 25.542 seconds. She will try to improve that time tonight at 7 p.m. in her second performance.
Charmayne Strong of Rushville is currently 135th in pole bending with a time of 26.921 seconds. Her second pole bending performance is Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
Keep in mind these placings are out of the entire nation, including Australia and Canada.
