The Sheridan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session at 9:15 A.M. in the Commissioners Office, Courthouse.  Paul stated that the meeting would be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Open Meeting Act.  Krotz made a motion to accept the agenda.  Messersmith seconded the motion.  All voted aye.  Krotz made a motion to approve the minutes of 6-9-2020.  Messersmith seconded the motion.  All voted aye.  

Messersmith made a motion to approve all claims presented.  Krotz seconded the motion.  With a roll call vote all voted aye.

Road Superintendent Richard Cross reported that his department has completed the Hay Springs golf course road and 620th Road.   Cross reported that the ground water level has went down about an inch in the southern end of the county.

Lynn Arenson of MASA appeared to present a proposal for an employee benefit option for ambulance service.   The board has taken it under consideration.  

Miles of MANNA Systems appeared to offer training to the Assessor, Clerk and Commissioners on the screen sharing ap to be used for valuation protest hearings.   The board directed MANNA to proceed with the upgrade of internet services to the Courthouse through Great Plains.
