Security First Bank is the Trustee and Beneficiary named in the Deed of Trust, dated June 29, 2012, recorded July 3, 2012, Instrument No. 2012-000791 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Dawes County, Nebraska. The Deed of Trust was also recorded on April 30, 2013 at Instrument No. 2013-00374 on the office of the Register of Deeds of Sheridan County, Nebraska. The Deed of Trust includes the following described real estate.

This sale shall be subject to unpaid real estate taxes, special assessments and restrictions or encumbrances of record, which affect the property. The highest bidder will deposit with the Trustee, on the day and time of the sale, ten percent (10%) of the bid, in cash or certified funds, with the remainder to be received by the Trustee by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the sale, except this requirement is waived when the highest bidder is the Beneficiary.   The purchaser is responsible for all fees or taxes, including documentary stamp tax.  This sale is made without warranties as to title or condition of property.
