Notice is hereby given that CICMANEC PIER FUNERAL SERVICE, INC., hereinafter 

“Corporation”, is being dissolved under the laws of the state of Nebraska. Peter W. Pier as President shall be responsible for winding up the Corporation’s affairs. The assets of the Corporation have previously been sold or transferred. Any proceeds from said sale shall be distributed to the shareholder. There are no known outstanding liabilities of the Corporation.
