Flags to Fly at Half-Staff to Honor Victims of the Tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut

Gov. Dave Heineman today, in accordance with the proclamation from President Barack Obama, announced all U.S. and Nebraska flags to be flown at half-staff in respect for the victims of the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut.
