Nebraska Gubernatorial candidates debate in Hyannis

The seven candidates vying to be Nebraska’s next governor met in Hyannis on Monday night to answer questions and outline their political philosophies. The event was sponsored by the Nebraska Cattlemen, the Independent Cattlemen of Nebraska and the Nebraska Farm Bureau and was moderated by 43rd District senator, Al Davis.
Six Republicans and one Democrat each gave a two minute introduction, then responded to a wide variety of questions. Topics included tax policy, water
