Marilyn M. “Sue” White was born October 18, 1952 in Gordon, Nebraska to Murray and Edith (Grover) Hilliker and passed away on her birthday, October 18, 2018, at Memorial Hospital in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 66. She attended country school in Cherry County and moved to Beaver Crossing in 1976. Sue was united in marriage to Robert White December 8, 1978 in Beaver Crossing and to this union two children, Amy and Derek, were born.
Together they made their home in Falls City, Leavenworth, KS, Valentine and later returned to Beaver Crossing. Over the years Sue was a cook for various restaurants until her health began to fail. She loved to read, watch Nebraska football, and especially spending time with her grandchildren, brother and sisters.
Survivors include her children, Amy White, Beaver Crossing, Derek White, Fargo, ND, two grandchildren, Cam White and Zeke Duntz, both of Beaver Crossing, brother Roger Hilliker, Palm Springs, CA, sisters and brothers-in-law, Katie and Phil Landreth, Rushville, Rose and Jerry Landreth also of Rushville, Janice Noell, Cave Jct, OR, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers and four sisters.
Marilyn was cremated and she requested there be no service and her cremated remains are to be scattered at a later date. Memorials are directed in care of the family for later designation. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Lauber-Moore Funeral Home, Milford.
