Funeral services for Bill Parker, Hay Springs, Neb. will be held on Friday, Aug. 19, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Hay Springs with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Burial will be at the Hay Springs Cemetery.  

Mr. Parker passed away on Aug. 11, 2016, at Pioneer Manor in Hay Springs, Neb.   

Bill was born on April 11, 1935, in Tuthill, S.D.

He was 81.
