Hay Springs City Council swears in Keith Kearns as Mayor

The April 9 meeting of the Hay Springs City Council began with a swearing in of the new mayor, former council president Keith Kearns. Kearns will hold the office until the end of the term in 2026.All members of the Council were present, including Chuck Toof, Luke Marcy, and Dave Agnes, but one of the New Business items was the open position left by Kearns’ vacancy.
